It was the most fascinating experience of my life 🔥My initial day on the job! The first statement from my supervisor was that he would depart for Moscow that very day, and the complete product overhaul became my responsibility. This meant that all design inquiries from the entire design department, as well as other departments (developers, testers, system analysts), fell upon me. Without having ample time to delve into the product or comprehend its inner workings, I tackled these concerns. I swiftly recognized that constructing a robust design system was essential, and it had to be achieved urgently alongside numerous smaller tasks, which seemed overwhelming. During the initial week, I continued working on clearing the clutter almost every evening after arriving home. I generated countless absent screens and became deeply involved in the product development process. I believe that the team's camaraderie was my sole source of support during that period. These remarkable individuals provided me with the energy I needed. I formed strong bonds with everyone, treating each colleague—be they analysts, testers, iOS developers, or Android developers—as a friend. We banded together, expressing our frustration at the ongoing absurdity, but motivated to make the product unbeatable. It was a challenging experience.
